Turnkey office rollout in Barcelona: one integrator from sourcing to commissioning
A long-standing nesevo customer modernized its Barcelona offices, and we took on the whole office rollout as a single integrator, from sourcing the hardware to commissioning the last room. The result is a modern hybrid-work environment with 25 meeting rooms and more than 200 workstations, delivered by 12 nesevo technicians in four days.
The meeting rooms
All 25 rooms follow one standard design. Each has a Samsung display, a Neat video collaboration device and Logitech peripherals and conferencing hardware. Employees get the same setup in every room, which means fewer questions at the start of a meeting and less work for the support team. A repeatable design also speeds up the installation, because the technicians know exactly what to expect in every room: the same mounting, the same cabling and the same room controls.
The workstations
More than 200 workstations were equipped with Lenovo hardware. We supplied the fleet, delivered it to the site, installed it and set up every desk, so people can sit down and work from the first day. With a fleet of this size, consistent hardware matters just as much as in the meeting rooms, because every desk behaves the same way and the support team doesn’t have to learn dozens of different setups.
The challenge
The schedule was tight and the hardware came from several vendors. An office rollout in Barcelona at this scale leaves little room for gaps between suppliers, so the customer needed one partner who coordinates all of it. We took care of sourcing, logistics, installation and commissioning ourselves. A team of 12 nesevo technicians was on site for four days, working room by room and desk by desk.
Why it matters
Standardized rooms and a single integrator reduce deployment risk and make support easier afterwards. One design means one set of procedures for the support team, and one contact during the project means no time lost between vendors. That’s what a hybrid workplace needs to run without friction.
