Compulab Tensor I-22: fanless industrial PC with Intel Core and Hailo AI
The Tensor I-22 is a configurable fanless industrial PC from Compulab. It combines an 11th Gen Intel Core processor with up to two Hailo-8 AI accelerators, so it can analyse many camera streams directly at the edge. You choose the front panel, the network ports and the interfaces. Compulab builds the system to your specification. One of the smallest full-featured industrial PCs
The Compulab Fitlet2 measures only 112 × 84 mm and runs without a fan. Hardware and housing were designed together to keep the size small and the cooling efficient. Choose between three Intel CPUs, add Ethernet, Wi-Fi, LTE, CAN or serial ports with FACET extension cards, and mount it on a wall, a VESA bracket or a DIN rail. nesevo supplies the Fitlet2 worldwide.

Why the Tensor I-22
Many edge AI projects fail on the same point: one box cannot handle video analysis, many interfaces and a harsh environment at once. The Tensor I-22 can. It is fanless, so there are no moving parts to wear out. Its Hailo AI accelerators run the neural networks while the Intel CPU handles everything else. Compulab has tested the system with up to 13 simultaneous 1080p30 video streams.

Modular by design
The front panel is where you decide what the Tensor I-22 connects to. Compulab offers panels with USB, Gigabit and 10 Gigabit Ethernet, PoE, isolated serial ports, isolated GPIO and CAN. You order the combination you need, and Compulab assembles it. That keeps the system small and avoids adapters and external boxes.
Choose your front panel
Three of the available front panel variants: USB and LAN, serial ports with terminal blocks, and serial ports with antenna connectors.

USB and LAN: four USB 3.0 ports and two Gigabit Ethernet ports

Serial and I/O: DB9 serial port and two terminal blocks

Serial and wireless: four DB9 serial ports and antenna connectors

Rear connectivity
The rear carries the standard connections: two Gigabit Ethernet ports, four USB Type-A ports, two HDMI and two mini-DisplayPort outputs. You can drive up to four displays independently. Audio runs over HDMI or DisplayPort, and an analog 3.5 mm output is available as an option.
Wireless and cellular
Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2 come on an M.2 module. For mobile connectivity, the Tensor I-22 supports LTE or 5G modems with a nano-SIM slot. Four antenna connectors let you place antennas outside a metal cabinet. This matters for installations in switch cabinets or vehicles.
Dimensions
- Standard housing: 200 × 200 × 35 mm
- Larger housing for the 28 W CPU option: 300 × 200 × 45.3 mm
