1,500 m² and up to 50 racks at a time: where customer racks are built, cabled and prepared before they reach the data center.
Most of the work in a data center deployment happens before anything reaches the data center. Our headquarters in Hörbranz, Austria, is home to three warehouses: two handle ITAD and storage, and the largest, at more than 1,500 m² (over 16,000 sq ft), is dedicated to rack integration and assembly. When it's full, our team works on up to 50 racks at the same time.
From empty frame to ready-to-deploy rack
Every rack starts as an empty frame. In the warehouse, our team mounts the hardware, runs and dresses the cabling, labels every connection and prepares the rack for its destination. When it leaves Hörbranz, it's ready to be rolled into place and connected.
Doing this work in our own facility rather than on the data center floor has clear advantages for our customers. Our team works in a controlled environment with all the tools and spare parts at hand. Fewer people need access to the customer's site, and time on the data center floor is spent installing, not assembling.
It starts with the rack itself
A rack isn't just a metal frame. Cable management, airflow and the ability to add or swap hardware later all depend on choosing the right cabinet. Get it wrong, and installation, patching and every future change become harder. As a Raritan partner (a brand of Legrand), we work with racks built for exactly these requirements.
The hardware inside
Over the past weeks, our warehouse has been filled with hardware from some of the leading names in data center networking and computing, all staged for upcoming customer projects:
- Juniper Networks: nesevo is an official Juniper partner worldwide.
- Arista Networks: we're an Arista partner and received Arista's 2026 Mid-Year Momentum Award.
- HPE: servers for upcoming deployments.
- NVIDIA: as an NVIDIA Elite Partner, we integrate NVIDIA hardware into customer racks.
Because we source the hardware ourselves as a partner of more than 40 manufacturers, procurement and integration happen in one place. There's no waiting on a third party to deliver equipment to another contractor's site.
One chain, one team
The warehouse is the centre of how nesevo works: procurement, integration, logistics with our own trucks, installation, patching and testing, all handled by nesevo's own people. No subcontractors, no hand-offs between companies.
Racks integrated here have already gone to customers around the world. See how we handled a fully integrated rack delivery in the UK, full rack integration in Tokyo and a rack delivery and data center move in Amsterdam. You can also read about the opening of our new warehouse.
