London calling: this project took our team back to the UK for a returning customer. The job covered the full journey from integrated rack to working infrastructure: fully integrated rack delivery, rack and stack, structured cabling, data center services and network troubleshooting.
Racks that arrive ready
Instead of shipping empty cabinets and loose hardware, we delivered the racks fully integrated. The equipment was already mounted, cabled and prepared before it left our facility. On site, that meant less unpacking, less assembly and far less time spent on the data center floor.
Rack and stack
Once the racks reached London, our team moved them into position and installed the remaining equipment. Every rack was placed according to the customer's floor plan and prepared for connection.
Structured cabling
Next came the structured cabling between the racks. Our team ran and dressed the cables, labelled every connection and documented the setup, so the customer's operations team can trace any link quickly later on.
DC services and network troubleshooting
Delivery and installation were only part of the job. Our team stayed on site to support the customer with data center services and to troubleshoot the network until everything ran as it should. Having the same people who integrated the racks also handle the troubleshooting made problems faster to find and fix.
