Office Administrative Assistant

nesevo US is growing! We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant for our offices in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Required Skills

  • Logistic / Sales / Office Admin background not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Sales and Purchase support (quotes, order-entry, purchase orders)
  • assisting in the filling out of forms/paperwork if needed
  • book keeping (AR follow up) and low level accounting
  • Logistic Support (quotes, track and follow up, main contact of communication between carriers and Nesevo US)
  • day to day support of the front office in all of its capacities needed
