Team USA just completed another installation successfully: our team from the US headquarters in Norcross, Georgia, replaced the video conference equipment in an entire office building for a customer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Every meeting room got the new setup.
Video calls only work when every part of the setup works. An old camera, a weak microphone or a loose cable is enough to make a meeting frustrating. So we didn't swap single devices. We replaced the whole setup in every room, from the first old cable to the last new one.
Here's what our team did:
- Removed the old gear
- Installed and configured new smart hubs, cameras and cabling
- Sourced the cables for the new equipment
- Handled logistics and shipping to the site
We take care of every step, so customers don't have to coordinate several suppliers and can use the updated equipment right away.
