Anstelle einer einzigen gro\u00dfen Umstellung haben wir die Migration in f\u00fcnf n\u00e4chtliche Zeitfenster aufgeteilt. Jede Nacht wurde ein festgelegter Teil der Umgebung offline geschaltet, migriert und war vor Beginn der Gesch\u00e4ftszeiten wieder betriebsbereit.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>F\u00fcnf Regale, jeden Abend<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Jede Nacht verlief nach dem gleichen Ablauf: Unser Team demontierte, verpackte, versandte, installierte erneut und verkabelte f\u00fcnf Racks mit 60 Geh\u00e4usen vollst\u00e4ndig. Am n\u00e4chsten Morgen war alles wieder betriebsbereit und f\u00fcr den Batch der folgenden Nacht vorbereitet. Nach f\u00fcnf N\u00e4chten war die gesamte Umgebung mit 25 Racks und 300 Geh\u00e4usen migriert worden.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Ein Ablauf, der keinen Spielraum f\u00fcr Fehler l\u00e4sst<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Die Arbeit in kurzen Nachtfenstern bedeutet, dass jeder Schritt im Voraus geplant werden muss und jede \u00dcbergabe reibungslos verlaufen muss. Es bleibt keine Zeit f\u00fcr Improvisationen. Die n\u00e4chtliche Wiederholung desselben bew\u00e4hrten Prozesses hielt das Risiko gering und machte die Migration f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten vorhersehbar.<\/p>\n<h4 dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Die Ausr\u00fcstung haben wir nie aus den H\u00e4nden gelegt<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Wie bei jedem nesevo-Projekt blieb die Hardware von Anfang bis Ende in den H\u00e4nden unserer eigenen Mitarbeiter. Dasselbe Team, das die Ger\u00e4te demontiert hat, hat sie auch verpackt, transportiert und wieder installiert.
